Time is the greatest equaliser of all. Everyone gets the same amount. There are no advantages for anyone. It's what we choose to do with our hours that makes the difference.
1 year ago today we boarded a flight bound for Bangkok blissfully unaware we were about to head into a global pandemic and wouldn't be traveling again for over a year 😭. So glad we managed to get this trip in before the world shut down.
I live in quite a lovely place 😍💖
What I wouldn't give right now to be exploring Thailand, lying on a beach in the Caribbean, or sight-seeing in a European city. But as it looks like that isn't going to happen any time soon, I'm trying to focus on all the beautiful places on our doorstep.
Snowdonia has joined my list of favourite places this year. Who else has discovered new favourites closer to home in 2020?
How's everyone faring in lockdown 2.0? Not sure about everyone else, but for me this lockdown has felt about 3 times longer than the first one, despite the fact its 3 times shorter! Maybe it's the darker winter nights, or maybe we're all just weary of being at home, but either way I'm focusing on freer times like this hike up Cadair Idris in October
